Very very light smell of peat and sweet. With a great wave of soot the second it hits your tongue. That is followed by a sweet but light note of Pinot. It hits the back of your pallet with a warm spice that is quickly followed up with another great punch of soot. Very warm aftertaste of soot and light peat that will make you feel like you just had a fine cigar.
