Nose: Tons of vanilla bean rush to mind and toasted nuts. Some candied ginger spice is really subtle but hints of it show up.
Palate: More vanilla and ginger spice fight for control as notes of sherry sneak in. Some fragrant floral notes develop as you move into the finish.
Finish: Sweetness continues into the finish and the ginger turns more into a fresh cracked black pepper.
