Perfectly sweet and peaty. Nice alcohol bite so it maintains some kick even with some water, which seems to really open up the complex flavors. Nothing dominates in flavor, but rather with in perfect sync with each other. This is my favorite single malt. Drinks like a much more expensive whisky. I love it!
