I’ve got the 21% rye, yeast #4 here. Definitely floral/herbal on the nose with some deeper darker notes and sweetness as well. Complex and can be picked apart but comes together really well as a whole. Not experienced enough with floral notes to say specifics but enjoyable.
Palate is nice. Just enough sweetness to balance the less present floral notes and then the rye spice kicks in. Not too hot but enough to make things interesting. Some Carmel cola notes in the mix too.
The flavors on the finish is my favorite part really... like if they made double bubble gum in a Carmel or cola flavor... weird I know but pretty addictive. Keep going back for more. The spice isn’t deep or particularly long but that flavor hangs for quite a while and has a sirens song drawing you back in for more.
