Medium. Just medium everything. Body, oak, finish. Medium. The first notes are Sherry that finishes with vanilla and fresh sugar cane juice. A slight undercurrent of charred oak bitterness is just below the surface throughout. The bourbon influence comes more to the surface in the middle with hints of dark cherry and cola (dark cherry cola).
