Warehouse KE, Barrel 14-4V Once a year I infuse this Bourbon with Benton's Bacon for Holiday gifts. Of course, I've had it on its own from time to time, but until know haven't dedicated a bottle to consuming in its raw form. It's a great bourbon. Aroma is floral and perfume like as I note with all Four Roses. Mint, lots of spice with cinnamon and Maple. Some nice fruit notes and complex at first. As it opens, sweetness comes to the front with other items receding. Flavor of orange peel, lots of spice notes with oak and honey on the finish. Moments of candy corn and a touch of crisp cracker and oak long on the finish. Really enjoy this and Four Roses continues its journey as a favorite for me. There is a bitterness at the very end that keeps this from being a 4.5. So close. Maybe the next bottle
