Cherry that gives way to red hots. I drank it neat and there's a ton of spice on the backend that warmed my belly. I want to try the 2015 batch to see what all the hoopla is about. Cask strength bourbons aren't normally my thing but this opened my eyes a bit and I could see myself sitting in the cabin on a cold winters night with a fire and a glass of this hooch. My dog got a lap of this concoction out of my glass and is now curled up at my feet snoring. So, two paws up for him.
