It's interesting, but kind of too sweet for my taste in bourbon. Nose is sweet apple and ethanol. The palate is apple, vanilla, and other lighter fruits. The follow through has some rye spice in it. It doesn't linger long. Overall, it's interesting, but I probably wouldn't buy a whole bottle of it.
