I like this enough, but there’s not that much to it in my opinion. The low proof makes it a pretty drinkable bourbon. I wish I would have tried this when I had just started drinking whiskey, I probably would have liked it a bit more. Nose smells like brown sugar and light chocolate. Not much ethanol burn Taste is typical bourbon. Vanilla, caramel, brown sugar... to me it almost tastes like Jim Beam white, but less sweet and syrup-y. It doesn’t have a ton going on in it. No complaints at all though! Probably goes well in cocktails or over rocks.
