Oregon Spirit Cascadian Vodka
Unflavored Vodka — USA

Following New Amsterdam 100, this is smooth with a delightful spring water flavor. And now I'm seeing that bottle advertising that it was made with cascade mountain water. Well, I guess that makes sense then. It's hard to object to this: it's a very neutral vodka. There isn't much to love about it either. I like more personality in my vodka. Specifically, I like it best twice distilled from malted barley and aged for 25 years in sherry hogsheads, so I'm probably not the best one to appreciate a neutral vodka like this one. But I like it well enough. I might bump it up a tick, but I think my original rating was pretty accurate.

@MezcalMagic I agree with your conclusion :) Oregon Spirit does a really good job making clean, refined spirits. The problem is that I don't care for neutral vodka. I only ever have vodka neat because the flavor is so subtle and that's what I want to experience. If it doesn't have any flavor, I can't figure out what I'd ever do with it.
I'm fascinated by how similar our reviews are yet how strikingly different our final scores are! I ended up thinking this is one of the best neutral vodkas out there...and I didn't think I cared for neutral vodkas!
