Light & bright copper in color Aroma Brown sugar, light toasted oak, slight grainy corn Very creamy mouth feel almost oily. Some perfume notes floral, seems like some nice Rye notes coming through. Decent depth of spice. Mint, moment of nutty flavor. As it opens more nutty spice with a long finish. Like it a lot. 3 drops of water totally killed the Aroma, very interesting. Black Pepper comes to the forefront. Perfume pop and a bit more depth on the finish stays creamy. Some buttery notes as I work through the glass and did think of butterscotch. Really nice Bourbon
