2019 Whiskey Exchange WOY hype made this one hard to find. Nice honey coat on the glass with legs that last forever. The nose is sweet and slightly minty with a hint of campfire. The palate comes in waves - Sherry casks stand out, followed by noticeable spice. Rich chocolates, honey, toffee, baked bread, and a mellow smoke finish. Worthy of the hype, filled with subtleties, and very, very good.🏆 Club taste (TG) - 12/28/20
