Reviewing the same bottle this time with a single ice cube Nose - Corn, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and spices Taste - Quite complex start to finish. Rich and oily up front with a light sweet vanilla taste. Roll around the tongue to find some tobacco notes. The finish is medium with some more tobacco, vanilla, and some light cinnamon. The very end has a smoky note to it as well Overall - The water/ice cube really mellow out the heavy cinnamon I got on my previous taste and to me, this is one bourbon that really opens up and tastes better with a little water or ice. Really enjoying this pour more this go round. Well balanced with the sweet vs the heat.
