Neat. Nose is fairly light. Oak, rye, baking spices, vanilla, light corn sweetness. Taste is oak,, corn, light caramel, vanilla, slight char, chocolate, and allspice. Finish is easy. Slightly tart with oak tannins and saccharin and vanilla powder. Easy drinking with little alcohol burn I accidentally picked up this bottle forgetting that they changed the label to remove the 81. While I'd still rather grab the 101 for a few bucks more, this is still a pretty decent any day neat sipper. Would be a great starter buy for those looking to sample a higher rye bourbon
