Dark molasses but lacking any pungent bitterness. Smooth and lingering with some heat, but like a nice electric blanket, not a fire. Pairs well with season 2 of Amazon’s Jack Ryan. Makes you feel like you’re there in Venezuela. Without all the murder and betrayal. But with ALL the intrigue.
