Not my favorite, has an odd bitterness to me. Burnt caramel, a little harsh to my taste buds, but in an odd way. Wouldn’t really seek it out. Brooke says it tastes like hay. Probably wouldn’t typically pick this unless I was looking for something similar to knob creek.
