Great nose. Apple pie is the standard line. I find peach cobbler with honey. Very sweet, but the flavor defies expectations...great rye spice with oak sawdust and pleasing tobacco flavors. The finish is nice...not over the top, but it has a bit of an encore at the end that lingers a bit. I like this one, but that nose is the best...and love the cognitive dissonance on that first sip. Nice!
