Nose: Very complex...Vanilla followed by strong apple notes which carry through, joined by caramel and then oak Palate: Oak is the heaviest note and you can definitely pick up the char, ending with baking spices. The mouthfeel is a little thin. Finish: Medium length, a nice bite for a 90 proof. This is a solid pour for the price if you can find it at or near retail.
