Very soft, fruity/mapley smell good bite and flavor, almost "colorful" too complex to pull out flavors but great even taste and mouth feel. 1 drop water - opens up the fruity flavor but a stronger oak comes through as well. Feel it on the front of the mouth/lips more than before but goes down even more smoothly 2 drops - more oaky smell than fruity but still fruity. Goes down extremely smoothly and almost a nutty flavor on the back end
