Here we have an elegantly dressed dram. Let’s pop the cork and move on. Cork broke (sad face)
Nose: good, very good, bourbon. Hard to tell it’s 50% compared with buffalo Trace bourbon it more refined and balanced. Easy to distinguish the two.
Pallet: smooth and creamy. Well balanced. A quality dram. Definitely a sipper.
Finish: medium long, arousing senses. I like this.
Overall: this ones bangers. I’m a third down the bottle and can’t wait to see how it develops. Drank neat and with a drop of water. I prefer a drop of water. I have a bottle of Blantons that I’m waiting to open up. Looking forward to see witch on I like better. First impressions with Blantons was OK but I think it needs more time for her to open up.
