Nose - earthy cooked agave, sweet grass, black pepper, vanilla cream, caramelized vegetal notes, sautéed bell pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg, lime, squash, stewed apple, floral tones, briny minerality, mild ethanol burn.
Taste - juicy sweet cooked agave, toffee, vanilla, tropical fruit, cinnamon, powdered sugar, nutmeg, clove, black and chili pepper, earthy vegetal notes, pronounced minerality, salted caramel, mild alcohol bite, finishing medium long with lingering juicy agave, prickly pepper, salted caramel, and backing spice flavors.
Wow, this is excellent. More depth, balance, and complexity than any Blanco I’ve tried so far. It’s a juicy, mouth watering flavor explosion.

@Notorreyus I purchased the Volans line from the SipTequila website. It’s the only place I know that consistently stocks them. Looks like all three offerings are still available if you’re interesting in picking one up.
Where did you try it?!
