Oak on the nose.
Sweet and spice on the palate. has a brown sugar caramel flavor.
finish brings a hint of cinnamon with that oaky goodness.

@runrevcollinsIt makes complete sense. Usually what I see around here is a few years of vodka and gin.
@ContemplativeFox With Pepper, the issue was time. It takes at least 2-4 years in the barrel before it's ready to bottle. They had to start all over and needed something to sell while it ages.
Thanks @runrevcollins ! It's interesting how some brands source some of their line but distill others. Glad to know that this is representative of the distillery's own make.
@ContemplativeFox This one says distilled in KY. I'm assuming that means it is their distillate.
Is this one also sourced or do they actually distill it themselves?
