Very dry. Pretty one note. I bought it for cocktails anyway, which it’s great in. It’ll do the job. It also probably pairs well with delicate dishes, like certain fish because it won’t dominate the palate. Nose: Pears, grapes, corn, olives, cheese, oak, etc.
