Doesn't match the hype. I like at least a flicker of corn and this has none. Glad to get to try such a highly rated bottle but, as usual, high expectations aren't met. Nose is benign, weak caramel or vanilla. Palate is buttery. I like butter but it is odd in this context. Surprised at the lack of "oily" comments which I found predominant. Smooth finish with nothing much to say. Add ice and a little water and it's even less.
