Nose - Blueberries, watermelon, apples, spices, vanilla, light florals, almonds….
Palate- Coconut, Pineapples, white pepper, crème brulee, butterscotch, crumble, ginger, slight minerality but meatiness. Sulfur? Best mouthcoat.
Finish – Longest, vanilla/white pepper returns, white chocolate, waxiness.
Water – N – Brings ginger forward, tea, hay, cereal, barley, oak. P – Spice down, more toffee, caramel, cinnamon, milk chocolate. F- Never dry, black pepper, still long, but prefer neat..maybe..

I keep reading lots of positive things about Craigellachie. Clearly I just need to find a bottle.
@PBMichiganWolverine Me too. Once in a lifetime. Pure luck. Glad I got to share the event with you. I always laugh to myself with the one guy who was practically badgered the poor ambassador for the empty bottle. Something like that may not ever happen for quite some time in this new world order we live in today.

Hey @Scott_E , every time I see a Craigellechie, I think of that amazing 51yr old we had
