⠀ Nose: Melted & salted Butter, slight Green crisp Grape, Grass.⠀ ⠀ Palate: Bitter Melon, butter,salt, hint of a tropical fruit (pineapple), lemon, bright,shiny, slight oak bitterness, friendly⠀ ⠀ Finish: Almost non existent, very quick and disappears, zero burn, no oil or “mouthfeel” left behind. ⠀ ⠀ Overall still not my favorite but for $35 a bottle I can’t complain. Very simple but very friendly. I think this would make for a better highball than neat pour...but that is just my opinion.⠀
