Old Forester 1920 Prohibition Style
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA

A syrupy sweet yet spicy high proof bourbon.
Nose: Very sweet and medicinal. Honey and dark red cherries.
Palate: Spicy and syrupy. Pretty hot whiskey, but it's also incredibly smooth and sweet after the initial spice.
Finish: Long finish that leaves your palate coated in a sweet cherry candy syrup. It's easy to tell why this is a favorite for most people.

@Ctrexman My friend and I have been searching for that one! It's only a matter of time before we get our hands on it, haha.
If 100 pf is your mark Colonel Taylor is pretty great
@Ctrexman I'm looking into it and definitely will get to Booker's eventually. Your reviews sound great but I'm definitely slowly ramping myself up on the proof. Something like 50% ABV is my sweet spot right now.
Ive had 3 different relaeases and I loved them all within degrees. Some people cant take the heat so you have to be a barrel proof guy
well they do 4 releases every year id just try wahatever is available. Boston Batch is out there not sure how good it is but I will probably get a bottle if I see it
@Ctrexman Not yet, that's definitely on the hit list! What Booker's do I go for?
Ever had any Bookers
@Ctrexman Awesome! I'm looking forward to sitting with it a few more times! Got some Scotch's up next to try. :D
Top 5 bourbon for me
