A delicious dimension of Cinnabon and Cinnabon-adjacent flavors. Rye-like with a very spicy profile.
Red Hots candy, cinnamon cake spirals, gingerbread, egg nog, blonde tobacco, white chocolate, biscotti, mild oak.
Sneaky nose hides the proof well underneath the big spice, but the sip punches hard and fast. Subsides quickly and leaves a moderate burn.
While not the most complex or nuanced bourbon, I really enjoy the flavors on display here. In this price bracket, it’s one of my favorites

@bashomon I definitely get Cinnabon, tobacco and oak from a newly cracked 19-22. These may meander a bit but for the most part still hit all the right earthy notes for me. I’m still deciding if the added spice of the 19-22 makes it better than the 19-25. More complex but might lack a little depth of flavor.
@Bourbon_Obsessed_Lexington Mine is Batch 19-38, 114.3 Proof. This is the only time I’ve had it, but based on some of the other comments I’ve seen, there’s definitely some variation.
Any idea why batch this was?? Mine was 18-25 and seemed much more earthy than this one but the variety appears to be all over the board with these.
