The nose has a bit of saltiness accompanied by a sweet meaty smokiness and sets the mood for a palate with a sweet malty entry followed by an herbal smokiness that gives way to a long dry starchy smoky finish that randomly reminds me of almost burnt popcorn in the best way possible.
