Tasted with David on 7/18/2020 Lowlands. Color Added. Chill Filtered. Nope. Not for me. And it's disappointing because there's a beautiful, nutty, floral nose. But it's totally betrayed by a boring taste. Very little flavor. Odd mouth feel. At 40 ABV and with color added, whatever is creating that beautiful aroma is smothered. Would love to try an independent bottling of Auchentoshan to see if there's more character there.
