A Quintessential bourbon. If you like base Knob Creek just turn it up a pinch and you have small batch 100 proof. Buttered corn, caramelizing sugars, hints of oak and vanilla on the nose and a match on the palate. No surprises here except how much sweetness punches at the end. Finishes with very little green spice, this is nearly all sweet corn, oak and sugars. Easy to sip and a great value choice.
