LAST DRAM OF BOTTLE—been open for about 6/7 months
Nose: medicinal, soggy drift wood, salty, smoky, burnt rubber, briny
Body: full and spicy, salty and burning
Palate: mellower than it was, a little more florality, a bit more woody, brine, high salinity, Peat and smoke
Finish: long, salty and woody
It’s become an excellent dram over time, a little more mellow and a little less jarring. Incredibly sad to see my bottle go!
