Nose: Starts with wheat, I get a hint of ethanol before significant dark fruit notes. Ends with hint of clove. Palate: Classic wheater profile. Mouthfeel is a little thin. Finish: Best thing about this bourbon. Impressively long finish with the perfect amount of heat, particularly given it’s a 90 proof. Very solid bourbon at its retail price.
