Smoke on the nose along with vanilla, pears, roast apple, peat and wood. Light spice. Good bourbon rich, fruity and nicely oaked but with the added complexity of peat smoke. More wood and peat in the finish. I was afraid they wouldn't mesh but they actually.work great together.
