Uncorking- light but pleasant nose of sweet corn grains and dark sugars. Almost fruity oatmeal. Taste is soft and easy to drink but plenty of flavor. rich with lots of vanilla and caramel but not harsh at all. Still get a bit of heat and spice in the finish followed by dry apricots and some nuttiness. With the cereal and fruit think weird trail mix. This would be an easy recommend for someone branching out from entry brands.
