Day 8 of #30daysofbourbon #30daybourbonchallenge
Jim Beam White Label
Working through the bourbon from bottom shelf to high proof.
Didn't expect much from Jim Beam. Oddly enough, I prefer the Old Crow I had a few days back to this.
Nose is sweet and a little corn. Nothing spectacular but nothing awful either.
Palate is sweet and a hint of oak. Mouthfeel is light and watery l.
Finish is gone in a flash.
I didn't expect much and would give it a 2.5-3. I'm only only willing to give it a 3 because it is a decent bourbon for what it is.
