Kilchoman Machir Bay (2012 Edition)
Single Malt — Islay, Scotland

Nose: briny smoke, herbs, and little to no alcohol, everything you want from an Islay scotch
Palate: salt and smoke start while quickly turning to a charcoal flavor reminiscent of a smoker that has some charred herbs left on the grate
Finish: long and oily, it’s flavors stay with you as long as it takes the legs to run down the glass
