(Good Spirits Company, Glasgow - Virtual Arran Whisky Tasting, Friday 11th September 2020)
Nose: Sweet & fruity, orange & wood
Palate: Christmas cake, raisins & dates
Finish: Creamy. Dark fruit - plum and cherry. Sours at the very end.
Finished in sherry casks.
This came 1st of the six whiskies tasted with 45/101 of the vote for favourite.
At the time of the tasting this was not yet on sale. Due to be released early 2021.

@icsteel154 yeah I have the 18 and the 21 here and also two bottle of Master of Distilling II which is my favorite Arran so far. I want to get the new NAS core range bottles next as well.
@Jan-Case The current Arran range is really good. I highly recommend the Amarone and Quarter Cask expressions. If you can get hold of it, the 14y/o was fantastic. Sadly it’s been discontinued, but if you find a bottle in the wild I’d highly recommend grabbing it...!
That’s the one that’s still on my list from Arran. One of my favorite distilleries and your ratings seem to be showing that direction as well.
