Burn a walnut and drizzle on some honey and a bit of caramel.
This is a nice highland scotch, smooth and light as you would expect for the region. Aged 12 years in Oak casks produce a lovely Oaky flavour. On the palate a bit of nut with caramel and honey comes through, Oak taking over on the way down. An easy drinking Scotch, but not much depth. Good starter Scotch IMO.
