Well balanced single malt that's really sweat on the nose, palate like bayleaf and chestnuts but honey strawberries top it off. Complicated finish that doesn't stick that long. If it's on the menu of a bar then I can recommend you give it a go. Let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes after serving.
