i'm not liking it at first, the nose is super important for me for some reason and right off it stinks of Dewar White label (to me the scent is identical at least on memory). I like Dewar's White Label, but I also like Dewar's for the price, it's my scotch when I don't wanna spend any money, because I can't do Red Label or Chivas cheapest. i got another 700ml to go so maybe my opinion will sofisticate itself and mature into a more appropriate appreciation, but right off the bat this tastes more like a bourbon than a scotch. I was expecting something more like Glenlivet or Glenfiddich, Macallan, and i was recommended to try this out because it came with a 50ml of Highland Park 18yr. (the 18yr shot tastes a bit better, it's kinda highland park's way of telling people, imagine had you spent a bit more, you'd of had a 750 of this one!) i will update this note as my taste on this is tested more thoroughly....
