Wow. My local liquor store was having a whisky week and had this bottle on sale for $40. YES!! 40 BUCKS!!! I feel like I just committed robbery. Flavor starts with a rich smokey, maple, briney flavor. Think of a salty maple bacon. The smoke continues then relaxing into a slight sweetness of a fruit jam or preserve. Overall incredibly rich but not over powering. I’ll have to go back to the store tomorrow and see if the still have some... Distilled 2008 / Bottled 2018
