Nose is sweet and musty. Palate has a round Sweet cherry note that gives way to a musty and woody note. Sometimes the back end reminds me of opening a strong wheatbread. Adding water gives the same affect. Finish is tannic and bitter. This is a good classic wheated bourbon for a moderate price. I tried this to remember it and get into Maker's other expressions!
