A very unique Scotch, light and balanced as you would expect for Glenfiddich.
On the nose; floral with some fruit, a bit of citrus.
On the palate; a nice mouthful of fruit with some floral notes. I taste apple and rose, wish some lemon citrus following. A bit of spice arrives, but as it goes down you recognize it’s not spice-but the familiar IPA taste.
The finish is light and smooth. Very balanced, with that IPA flavour lingering. A lovely Scotch, but not for me. If I wanted beer I would have reached for an Innis & Gunn.

@CKarmios Well said! I applaud their effort on this one, it just missed the mark for me.
Just because it starts as beer, it doesn’t mean it has to finish as one, right?
