Tasted at a bar with 3 other whiskies side by side. Very easy going, easy to drink, light on the nose, pleasant. This has a young rye-like taste but is still complex. The nose is light and doesn't throw scents out of the glass like some other whiskeys... Nose develops as it sits into a caramel apple and maple syrup, some dark fruit of plum and raisin. Finish is peppery and rye spice comes through beautifully. Not too bad but not my favorite. Wow, finish really keeps on going.
