(Tasting from the archives)
19: Depending on the state of your palate, this is either Brandy that is a bit on the sweet side and has a nice orange flavor or a triple sec with Brandy subtleties. In prepared to believe that the Brandy is Cognac and enjoy that balance with the orange. There is a lot of depth here and while the drink may not balance as well as Cointreau does, it has enough depth to liven up any drink that it does not destroy. The texture is slightly syrupy, but is not distractingly so. In comparison, Cointreau tastes like Sunkist. On net, the balance is very good.
