Wild Turkey Tradition
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA

The nose of this one has everything you would want from a bourbon - it’s clean, fragrant, notes of orange, not overpowering from astringency/ethanol, opens up nicely and full of color. It’s warm, reminiscent of a straight-from-the-oven fruitcake; warm pastry.
The palette is soft, gently coating the mouth with almost no burn at all. Almost a bit of sawdust, if you were to mix it with warm butter and brown sugar.
This has to be the best Wild Turkey I’ve ever had. Could drink this everyday and die a happy man.
