Nose - apple, raisin, honey, orange zest, pineapple, juicy cherry, plum, butterscotch, vanilla, floral notes, subtle peat (mostly the funk, maybe a whiff of smoke), light brine, chocolate, sweet wood, moderate ethanol burn.
Taste - sour apple, honey, orange and lemon zest, funky peat, caramel, apple juice, cherry, spicy ginger, chili pepper, chocolate, bitter oak, moderate alcohol bite, finishing fairly long with sour fruit and chocolate flavors.
I had higher hopes for this, as the nose is pleasantly complex. However, the taste is young, sour, and disappointing. While certainly not terrible, it’s a bit of a letdown.

@Ctrexman I tasted this a while back. Would be interested in trying it again. I rated Lasanta the same, and I know I liked this one more. So this likely deserves to move up one notch, or Lasanta deserves to move down. But I’m leaning toward the former based on my memories of them.
Well I liked this much more than you did but I also like Chivas Extra. This is like a high end/quality grain free Chivas Extra
