This is a Juniper BOMB, almost a novelty. As much as I love juniper in London Dry gins, it’s a bit much for a traditional dry Martini in my opinion. It’s fantastic in a Negroni though, and I’m excited to try it in other drinks too, Corpse Reviver No. 2 perhaps? I think I’ll keep a bottle of this around, but I don’t think I’ll be opening it too often.
