2nd tasting. Being uncorked fo a bit opened this up a lot. Nose - still wafers but now add peanut butter and shells. More wood sawdust. Taste- Peanut butter. With leather and hardwood. Vanilla and hints of caramel. Gentle on spices and easy sipping with no burn. Finish - dry peanut butter, slightly sweet with vanilla bean.
